The Future of the Sebastopol Inn, Minting?
At a meeting on Friday November 17th, Minting and Gautby Parish Council voted unanimously to object to the Planning Application S/122/01919/17 for Change of Use of the Sebastopol Inn, Minting to a single dwelling house.
The council strongly believes that the Sebastopol Inn has a viable future under the right ownership by people with the requisite skills to run a village pub and who want to become involved in village life and respond to the needs of residents. If you know anyone who might be interested in buying the pub to run as a pub, we would like to hear from them on email@example.com or 01507 578755.
The link for you to object at ELDC’s website is here: https://publicaccess.e-lindsey.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=_EASTL_DCAPR_124549
Or you can object via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We all need to work together to save the pub from becoming a private house.
What can you do?
1. Object to ELDC at link above
2. Tell us about your experiences in The Sebastopol inn in the past 4-5 years. Here is a link to our online form which we ask you to fill in by December 12th, 2017 if possible http://mintingandgautby.co.uk/the-sebastopol-inn-survey/ .
It really is crunch time and if you want to have a chance of keeping the Sebastopol inn as a pub, please take action ASAP
